PIALES has a 5-day warrantyby manufacturing defect.The absorption of the costs is borne by PIALES.
The customer must communicate to any of the SOCIAL NETWORKS and/or any form of contact with PIALES before 5 calendar days after receiving the product. Subsequently, PIALES will send you a digital guide and the client will proceed to pack the cap with the damage in the same box that received it, you must take it to the parcel company indicated by us and send it to us.
PIALES will receive the cap, assess the damage and return a NEW part of the model purchased to the customer, with us absorbing all the resulting logistics costs.
The cap can also be returned if the product has not been to your liking, as long as the cap is in perfect condition, however, the customer must absorb the shipping costs and will be reimbursed only the remaining amount of the total payment.
